Find out how to access the OpenFlex Help Centre from within the platform itself.
You can access OpenFlex documents at any time for written support on a variety of topics that will be helpful in your use of our platform. Click on your initials and then go to the "Help centre" section.
You will then be automatically redirected to Zendesk. Once the user has set up an account with OpenFlex, he or she can access the Help centre and the account is created within Zendesk.
You can use the search bar to help you find documents on a particular subject or topic:
