Send an assistance request to the Support Department
1) Log in to the OpenFlex platform and click on our “Need help?” widget on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen:
Then enter your requirements in the search bar:
- 2) Documents that are likely to provide answers to your question will be displayed. However, if you still require assistance, click on the "Contact us" button.
- Our OpenBot digital assistant will offer you three options, corresponding to the three most common user issues: “Submit a request for assistance”, “Submit a request for evolution”, and “Reporting an incident”. You can also click “Other request” if you have encountered another problem.
- Click "Submit a request for assistance".
If you click “Submit a request for assistance”, please specify which service (Vehicles, Opportunities, Settings, etc.) you are having a problem with. Once you have selected the service, click the "Send" button.
We will then ask you to provide explanations and details to help us resolve your problem. Before submitting your support request, please make sure you have specified the following information:
- Your phone number
- The point of sale where you work or are working (if you have access to more than one point of sale)
- The name of the group to which your point of sale belongs
