For security reasons, a dual authentication connection system has been integrated into the platform.
Each user will have to authenticate themselves by entering the code they receive at the e-mail address indicated in their OpenFlex profile.
Clicking on « Sign in » again triggers the sending of a new security code.
The security code sent by e-mail will be valid for 15 minutes.
If you have not received the security code by email a few moments after attempting to log in, we suggest that you do the following:
- Check you spam folder.
- If you do not receive the code within a few moments after checking your emails, please contact the customer support at the following email address:
The way this system works will vary according to the rights users have:
Managers with access rights to account management will have to perform dual authentication each time they log on to the platform.
Users who do not have this right will be able to postpone the requirement for dual authentication for 30 days by ticking the relevant box when they first log on to the platform or after the previous 30-day time span has expired. This action must be repeated every 30 days.
A new connection by dual authentication may also be requested in the following cases:
- Once the browser cache has been cleared
- When connecting with a different device or browser
- If you ask to reset your password.
Dual authentication also applies when connecting to mobile applications. The operating rules are identical to those described above for PCs.
