Find out how to create marketing campaigns to boost your business.
Prerequisites:
-Have created a targeting to find customers relevant to the campaign (see FAQ-109).
-Have configured a message template in email or SMS format.
Menu access:
From the home page, click on the megaphone in the left margin.

Select "Message templates" to choose or create a template for your future marketing communications.

The list of existing message templates will be displayed. Click on the "Create a message template" button to add one.

Creating a message template for SMS messages:
We recommend using full-screen mode for greater comfort and ease of use.
Next, enter the title of this template and its type: "Email" or "SMS".

Reminder: SMS text messaging is a chargeable feature that must be activated in the organisation settings > General > Administration.
Here, we are preparing an SMS. Write the text in the box shown below:

You can also select preformatted elements to automatically enter the customer's and salesperson's contact details. This improves and personalises communication.

It is recommended that you check the result by displaying a preview before finalising the creation of the message template.

It will appear at the top of the list of templates.

Creating a message template for e-mails :
Follow the same steps to start configuring an E-mail.
Various layouts are available:
-the Salesperson mode offers a straightforward layout for entering the tagline, as well as associating it with the salesperson's contact information and the point of sale contact information.

-the Enriched layout enhances the personalisation of the email by allowing you to expand the body of the text with additional elements, including:
-A title & subtitle
-An illustrative image
-A button linked to a redirect URL

Example:

The last mode allows you to build the message by integrating HTML code.

It is recommended that you preview the message before finalising its creation.

When the message is added to the list of previously created messages, buttons are provided to offer you a wide range of actions. Here, we display a preview via the "View" button.

Example:

The "Edit" button will take you back to the email or SMS configuration stage.

Example of editing an email. When you are finished, click on "Modify message template" at the bottom right of the screen.

You will then be asked to confirm the update by clicking on "Confirm and update message template" in the window that appears.

It is also possible to duplicate a message to build on it and recycle it.
Finally, you can test a model by sending a test e-mail or SMS to a defined recipient.

Enter an e-mail address to receive a test e-mail or a telephone number to receive a text message, select a point of sale and a salesperson so that the correct salesperson data appears in your test message. Then press "Send a test message".

Campaign launch:
Once the prerequisites have been met, you can start sending a marketing campaign. To do this, click on "Read more" in the dedicated box.

Name your campaign and determine how often recipients should receive it. Either on a one-off basis (single date) or daily (every day except Sunday). Then click on "Configure the scenario".

You will then switch to the "MAKE" tool to configure the launch of the campaign.

Firstly, please select the message template you have prepared.

Next, please select the targeting from the 'Segment' drop-down menu that contains the list of customers to contact as part of the campaign.

Then select the point of sale where the salesperson who will be signing the e-mails sent is located, from the "Workspace" drop-down menu.

All that remains is to designate the signatory of the message sent to customers.
A list containing the first and last names of employees will allow you to choose the right contact person.
You will also be asked whether a task should be created for each successful contact.
Once you have finalised the settings, click on the "Finish" button.

Reminder: the "Workspace" / "Signatory user" fields are not compulsory. If they are not filled in, your point of sale's signature will be used.
The new campaign scenario will be added to the list of scenarios. Click on the activation button to implement it.

Statistics and activity monitoring:
Once the scenario has been run, you will find all the tasks generated by the marketing campaign in the "Marketing scenarios" table on the home page.

Managers have access to statistics to help them better manage their teams' marketing activities. To access them, click on the graph in the left-hand margin of the page, then on the "Marketing campaigns" menu to track their progress.
