Vehicles
1) Reminder of the warranty on a transferred vehicle:
Please note that after a transfer, the user will need to redefine the warranty for the transferred vehicle.
To help sellers choose a suitable warranty, the previous warranty will be stored as a reference point.
Below is an example of a warranty appearing on a UV before its transfer:

This is a display of the fields that need to be completed following a transfer between two stocks. It specifies the previous warranty, including its designation, duration and type.

Once a vehicle has been transferred to the new entity, the previous warranty will also be recalled when managing the vehicle’s status in stock.

When a transfer is validated via an opportunity, it will also be necessary to enter the new warranty details. The old warranty data will be visible in the provided window.

2) Extension of customer mode to vehicle module tables:
We have improved the customer mode so that sensitive data is hidden, even when viewing stock during a sales appointment.
Customer mode is available alongside the two display modes that show vehicle stock: list and table formats.
In list format, the number of days in stock is hidden when a user switches to Customer Mode.

For example, when Customer mode is active, the display will look like this:

When viewing vehicle stock in table format, additional information will be hidden in Customer mode.
- Number of days since last price update
- Date of entry into stock
- Adjusted market value
- Employee price incl. VAT
- Entry price incl. VAT
• Trade-in price incl. VAT
Professional price incl. VAT

Opportunities
1) Complying with the Spoticar label sales documents (DEU):
All commercial documents, including offers and order forms, have been updated to align with the Spoticar and DS Certified label standards.
The sentence 'Die Anlage Zusatzvereinbarung gemäß § 476 BGB ist Vertragsbestandteil' has been removed from all forms intended for professionals.
The 'Company' field has been added, as well as the client's country of origin if they live abroad.

The note 'Die Anlage „Zusatzvereinbarung gemäß § 476 BGB“ ist Vertragsbestandteil' remains visible on the documents intended for private individuals. The customer's country of residence has been added if they reside outside Germany.

In addition to the order form, the request for consent from Stellantis Europe will automatically be printed.

2) Removal of duplicates in the designations of the vehicles (DEU):
The display of trims on all vehicle designations has been clarified in Germany.
Duplicates visible in model names have been removed from commercial designations.
