🚗 Vehicles

⚡ "Powertrain" field in the vehicle record

The Powertrain field is now visible and editable in the summary fields of the vehicle record, positioned next to the Energy field. It is mandatory when modifying a vehicle.

ℹ️ This field conditions the display of SOH data: it is only visible for hybrid or electric vehicles.

📜 Vehicle history: market value tracking

The history now records every market value update, even if the selling price has not been changed. A dedicated "Market value" category allows filtering these entries in the history. Each entry indicates whether the update is automatic or manual, and whether the proposal was accepted, rejected or modified.

🔄 More permissive SAS referential matching

The automatic referential matching is now activated on the SAS and according to configuration. When a vehicle in the SAS has not yet been matched and its identification data is updated (manufacturer code or referential identifier), the referential matching is automatically re-triggered.

🚗 "Inspection points" documents available from pre-entry status

Inspection points documents are now available from the vehicle's pre-entry status, without waiting for it to be added to stock.

👁️ Preview of attached documents from the vehicle record

In the Attached documents tab of the vehicle record, it is now possible to preview a document without downloading it. Clicking the Open button opens the document in a new tab.

Supported formats are: PDF, JPG and PNG. Existing actions (download, delete) remain unchanged.

📍 Location displayed in the vehicle exchange

In the Vehicle exchange module, the vehicle location is now displayed directly on each thumbnail, alongside the MEC date, mileage and number of days in stock.

🗂️ New columns in the vehicle list

New columns are now available in the vehicle list and export:

• Margin: current commercial margin of the vehicle.
• DMS invoiced price: price invoiced in the DMS.
• Group trade-in price: trade-in price at group level.
• FREVO costs (excl. VAT): formerly "Costs incurred (excl. VAT)", renamed for clarity.

📅 Sort by estimated entry date

In the vehicle list, it is now possible to sort vehicles by estimated entry date.

💰 Automatic rounding of VO selling price

When clicking Automatic calculation for a VO selling price, the proposed price is now rounded up to the nearest integer, without cents — to facilitate display on price labels, as well as during the automatic price update.

🌿 Modification of the depollution standard

It is now possible to manually modify the technical characteristic "Depollution standard" in the vehicle record.

🖨️ Improvements to generic VN and VD price labels

Several fixes and improvements have been made to generic VN and VD price labels (portrait and landscape):

• Bonus/Malus: if the amount is not filled in (null), the line now displays "- €" instead of "0 €". If the amount is explicitly 0, "0 €" is kept.
• Main options: the right-hand list now follows the same order as the left-hand list, only displaying paid items.
• Consistency fixes: removal of extra spaces, harmonisation of € symbols and labels in the price breakdown.

📤 Periodic exports: secure download link

Files generated during periodic exports (vehicle list) are no longer sent as email attachments. They are replaced by a secure download link, valid for 7 days, to bypass email size limitations.

🏷️ Option prices in the description record

Option prices are now indicated in the vehicle description record.

📋 Opportunities

🖼️ Improvement of the "Make an offer with this vehicle" button

When selecting a vehicle in an offer, if a user navigated to the vehicle record, the "Make an offer" button would prompt them to create a new opportunity with a new customer — losing the context of the current offer.

The button is now contextualised: if the user is in this workflow, the offer is created within the previously opened opportunity. The workflow is therefore seamless with no need to re-enter data.

🔢 Automatic update of mileage, CO2 and warranty on offer duplication

When duplicating an offer on a vehicle in stock, the mileage, CO2 and warranty information is now automatically updated from the vehicle record. A message informs the salesperson of the fields that have been updated.

📝 "Appointment objective" field with no character limit

The character limit on the Appointment objective field has been removed.

This change applies to the following actions: Schedule an appointment, Create an event, Customer callback and Schedule a test drive.

📊 New source and marketing channel filters

Two new filters are available in the opportunity list:

• Marketing channel: filter based on the marketing channel of the opportunity (e.g. Carviz, Google Ads…)
• Marketing source: filter based on the marketing source of the opportunity

The existing UTM filters have also been renamed for clarity:

• "Campaign" → UTM - Campaign
• "Source" → UTM Source
• "Medium" → UTM Medium

💳 Financing available on personalised vehicles

This limitation has been lifted: all financing types (Credit, LOA, LLD…) are now available even on a non-matched vehicle, as long as the brand can be identified.

📋 New contract durations for local financing

New contract durations are available for local financing. The complete list of available durations is now: 12, 18, 24, 26, 29, 32, 36, 38, 41, 44, 48, 50, 53, 56, 60, 62 and 72 months.

👥 Customers

📞 Customer search with or without phone country code

Customer search now accepts phone numbers with or without international country code, to facilitate searches regardless of the format entered.

📊 Reporting

📥 Excel export of storage duration details by status

From the VO indicators dashboard - Average storage durations by status, it is now possible to export the detailed data to an Excel file.

The export applies the filters set on screen (period, entity, point of sale, etc.) and contains the following columns:

• Entity
• Point of sale
• Registration number
• Policy number
• Brand / model
• One column per status, indicating the date the vehicle entered each status

Titles displayed at the top of lists have been removed to gain display space and improve readability.
