Vehicles
🗑️ Bulk deletion of stock
It is now possible to delete multiple vehicles simultaneously from the vehicle list, without requiring a deployment team intervention.
How does it work?
- From the vehicle list, click Modify then select Delete vehicles (option visible only to users with deletion rights).
- All filters remain active in deletion mode, allowing precise targeting of the vehicles concerned.
- Select the vehicles to delete, then confirm.
- A confirmation modal appears: a checkbox appears after 5 seconds to ensure the deletion is intentional. Once the checkbox is ticked, the confirmation button becomes accessible.
Rules applied:
- Only vehicles from entities on which the user has deletion rights are displayed.
- Vehicles with Exited status are not available for deletion.
- Vehicles linked to an order cannot be deleted.
- The behaviour is identical to individual deletion: the same business rules apply.
📊 New sorts in the price update table
The price update table now offers additional sorts on the following columns, available in both tabs (Alert and Stock):
- Vehicle (brand / model)
- First registration date
- Mileage
- Selling price
These sorts can be combined (multi-criteria) to refine the display and easily compare similar vehicles without having to export data.
🔢 Vehicle list: search on an empty value
On range-type filters, it is now possible to search for vehicles for which no value is entered, by ticking the checkbox provided. The fields concerned are:
- Mileage
- CO2
- SOH score
- List price
- Selling price
🔃 Vehicle list: additional sorts on price columns
New sorts are available on price columns in vehicle and opportunity lists, to refine the display without exporting:
- List price
- Staff price
- Trade price
🔗 Vehicle thumbnails and lists: open in a new tab
Vehicle thumbnails in table view and the View vehicle link in an offer now behave as true links. It is possible to open them in a new tab via right-click or middle-click.
✅ SAS referential matching: fewer mandatory fields
When validating an SAS import with Matching to verify status, many fields were mandatory before validation (colours, VO origin, registration, chassis, first registration date…). These requirements have been reduced: only the status, VO destination, registration and chassis remain mandatory; other fields become optional and can be completed later.
📧 Entity and point of sale in the transfer request e-mail
The entity and owner point of sale of the vehicle are now included in the transfer request e-mail. This allows the transfer validator — who may be cross-group — to easily identify the entity concerned.
Opportunities
🔓 Fix of trade-in validation rights
A blocking issue has been fixed: the trade-in estimation validation right was incorrectly blocking access to actions on opportunities and offers.
As a result, profiles such as Sales Manager or Director were blocked from creating offers, validating orders, reassigning opportunities or managing events.
This inconsistency is now fixed: access rights on another colleague's opportunities and offers are now managed by the user's group profile type (Director and Sales Manager), independently of the trade-in validation right.
📦 Delivery packs: automatic application setting
It is now possible to configure, at entity level, whether delivery packs should be applied automatically to stock vehicles and offers. This setting allows the default behaviour to be adapted to each entity's practices.
Settings
🆔 Point of sale and physical presence site IDs now visible
The IDs of points of sale and physical presence sites are now displayed in settings. This information is particularly useful for integrations with third-party tools or DMS feeds.
✏️ Editing and deleting colleagues' saved searches
Director and Account Administrator profiles
Until now, saved searches created by a colleague could only be edited or deleted by their creator. After a colleague's departure, their searches remained locked in read-only mode, with no possibility of updating them (new entities, new points of sale…).
Director and Account Administrator profiles can now edit and delete saved searches created by other users, provided they have access to them.
When editing, it is possible to:
- Change the name of the search
- Modify the filters of the search
- Change the sharing settings
ℹ️ A specific alert message is displayed when modifying the filters of a shared search.
