Security & login

🔐 Clearer error messages for the login code

When the login code is rejected, a message now explains why the code is invalid. 

✉️ More readable login code emails

The emails that send the login code have been redesigned: the code is clearly highlighted, with the note "Valid for 15 minutes" and a reminder that a new code cancels the previous one. The code also appears in the email subject.

👁️ Show the password you type

In the user profile settings, an eye icon lets you display the password you enter, to check that it is correct. It is available in two cases:

• When changing your email address, when re-entering your current password.
• When changing your password.

Home page

🧭 A guided tour of the new home page

A "Discover what's new" banner offers a short guided tour of the new home page. It never starts on its own, and the banner closes permanently once read.

📦 New "Stock management" section

A new section brings together everything related to stock in one place: vehicle qualification (SAS), technical inspections, price labels and overdue vehicles. Each line shows the number of vehicles to process, or a green check if everything is up to date.

⭐ "My priorities" section moved

The following 3 alerts have been moved: estimates, transfers and orders awaiting validation. 

New: once handled, the lines stay displayed with a green check instead of disappearing.

📆 The home page calendar gets to the essentials

The calendar block on the home page now only shows today's and tomorrow's appointments (20 max), with a link to the mobile calendar.

🔗 Shortcuts stay in your order

Shortcuts from saved searches now appear in the order you add them, and no longer alphabetically. This way you arrange your page as you like.

🕓 More information directly in the calendar

When you hover over an appointment, you see the objective as well as direct links to the customer, the opportunity (or the order / offer) and the vehicle, which open in a new tab.

🔄 "Sync calendar" button now in the full calendar too

The button to sync your calendar with Google or Microsoft, until now only on the home page, is now also available in the full calendar.

✋ Move an appointment by dragging it

You can now move a test-drive or delivery appointment by dragging it to another time. The point of sale's maximum number of deliveries per day is still respected, and a message warns you if an appointment already exists for that vehicle or that customer.

🎯 More convenient calendar filters

On the test-drive / delivery filters, the vehicle types are checked by default and the clickable area is larger.

Vehicles & stock

🔍 Search for a vehicle by its OpenFlex ID

You can now search for a vehicle directly by its OpenFlex ID in the list's search bar.

🗂️ Simpler column selection for the vehicle list

Choosing the columns of the vehicle list is now done in a wider, better-organized window (add on one side, arrange on the other), with a search to find a piece of information among the long list available for export. 

Sorting the vehicle list is now organized in this new window too, with a search, following the same principle as the columns.

🧭 Breadcrumbs in the Vehicles submenu

A breadcrumb (to easily go back to the vehicle list) is added on the pages of the Vehicles menu, and duplicate titles are removed.

🏭 Supplier name in the history

The supplier name now appears in the vehicle history (history, life cycle, sales journey).

🔁 Track new → demo → used changes

Each change of a vehicle's type (new → demo → used) is now recorded in the vehicle record's history. This gives you a complete trace of its journey, from new vehicle to used.

📍 Vehicle location pulled from Wafy

The location entered in Wafy now appears in OpenFlex, so you know where the in-stock vehicle is.

Fixes

• The market value of demo vehicles now shows on the first save (before, you had to save twice).
• The "internal number" field reappears when changing the owner point of sale or the stock entry date.
• The LPE banner no longer shows "Entry to LPE" for used vehicles already released, and the policy number is offered again.
• No more block wrongly requiring a policy number to validate, on vehicles entered before LPE activation.
• New vehicles without a chassis number no longer wrongly appear in qualification (SAS).
• Manufacturer options (Seat / Autovista) now come through correctly in the offer.
• The 3270 link is restored (chassis missing on certain statuses).
• The sale price calculation is fixed for vehicles whose fees are included in the price.

Opportunities, offers, orders & trade-in

🧾 New orders list

A new "Orders" menu appears in the opportunities: counter, search, sort by date, continuous scrolling and pre-filtering by salesperson, with customer, vehicle and price information. 

🔓 Opportunity kept when an offer is cancelled

If an offer is automatically cancelled (vehicle sold by another salesperson, or transfer), the opportunity stays "in progress" instead of being lost, and the salesperson can create a new offer for the same customer.

📦 Configurable automatic delivery packs

A new setting lets you automatically apply delivery packs when creating an offer. Existing entities keep the previous behavior (enabled); new entities are disabled by default.

💳 The balance payment method becomes mandatory

The balance payment method is no longer pre-filled with "Bank transfer": it starts empty and must be filled in to move to order, putting an end to orders validated with the wrong payment method.

📤 Opportunities export: deposit columns

The opportunities export now includes "Deposit amount" and "Deposit payment method".

🗃️ Filter the opportunity history by type

An opportunity's history can now be filtered by category (comments, opportunity, offers and orders, delivery, trade-ins), as for vehicles and customers.

🔨 History of bidder responses

For each proposal received from a bidder on a trade-in, a history line is added with the name and the amount offered.

🚚 Declare a delivery even with an offer in progress

You can now declare a vehicle as delivered from its record even if it has an offer in progress (like when validating an order). A message warns you and offers in progress are cancelled automatically, to avoid selling the same vehicle twice.

Fixes

• The opportunities display no longer freezes when you zoom out too far.
• Offers and orders are once again generated in French (and not in English).
• The "Relaunch the auction" link displays correctly again.
• The History tab no longer crashes after scheduling a delivery.
• The search bar works again when choosing an in-stock vehicle with active filters.
• The "Abandon the opportunity" action returns when all offers are cancelled.
• Opportunities that showed an error (page not found) are accessible again.

Monitoring

🏭 Filter the "To order from factory" tile

Sales managers can now filter this tile by brand and salesperson. Salespeople, for their part, see their own orders directly.

🛠️ Filter the "To prepare for delivery" & "To declare delivered" tiles

Just like the "To order from factory" filter, sales managers can now filter these tiles by brand and salesperson but also by vehicle type (new, demo, used). Salespeople, for their part, see their vehicles to prepare and deliver directly. 

Documents & printouts

🔒 Anti-theft nut on the liability waiver

An "Anti-theft nut: yes / no" line and a field for its number are added to the liability waiver, for all vehicles.

🏷️ "Has been converted" note on the trade-in

The "has been converted" checkbox is available on the traded-in vehicle and appears in the trade-in offer PDF.

Customers

🔎 Search for a customer by their external ID

You can now search for a customer by their external ID in the search bar, to find a record from a reference known in a third-party tool.

This ID is also shown in the list.

🧬 Deduplication: hyphens are taken into account

Deduplication now considers "Jean Marie" and "Jean-Marie" as identical (hyphens are ignored), which prevents errors when creating or editing a record.

Saved searches & lists

Fixes

• No more slowdowns or freezes when applying certain filters (e.g. sale price) on large stocks.
• Exporting saved searches works again.
