Vehicles
🔍 A default search applied to the vehicle list
You can choose one of your saved searches as your default search. It is applied automatically every time you open the vehicle list.
🎛️ Your favourite filters on the vehicle list
You can choose the filters displayed by default and their order. These are also the filters restored when you click “Reset”.
📈 A more detailed sales status
The “Sales status” column no longer stops at “Offer in progress”. It shows the next steps of the sales cycle, up to the order.
🎯 Dynamic filters
The “Entity” and “Point of sale” filters let you select the current entity or point of sale.
➖ Actual reconditioning costs: negative amounts allowed
The Mechanical, Bodywork and Subcontracting fields of the actual reconditioning costs accept negative amounts, on used and demo vehicle records.
💶 Actual margins: no more calculation without a purchase price
If the purchase price is not filled in, the actual gross margin and the actual sales margin are no longer calculated. You no longer see a misleading margin calculated on the selling price alone.
🏷️ Automatic price updates: variation control
For each destination, you can set a selling price variation threshold, upwards or downwards. Beyond this threshold, the recalculated price is submitted for approval instead of being applied directly.
🔋 SOH certificate dates in the vehicle list
Two new optional columns are available: “SOH certificate date” and “SOH certificate expiry date”. Each one has its own date range filter. This makes it easier to spot electric vehicles whose certificate needs renewing.
🖨️ Printable description sheet for all vehicles
You can print a vehicle’s description sheet even if you do not have access to its owning entity.
🏢 “Sellable to professionals” in the vehicle list
The “Sellable to professionals” label is displayed under the vehicle type in the vehicle list, in both table view and list view.
Opportunities
⚖️ Quick valuation aligned with the trade-in appraisal
A new “Expected intake date” field, pre-filled with the stock intake lead time defined in your settings, lets you take the monthly depreciation into account.
🤝 Trade-in offer: effective customer trade-in price
When an amount is still owed to a finance company, the “Trade-in offer” document shows the effective customer trade-in price, just above the outstanding balance. The customer can clearly see the price at which their vehicle is taken back.
📧 More detailed “New appraisal request” email
The email sent to the approver specifies the requester’s name, the point of sale and the entity concerned.
⛔ Rejecting a trade-in from the appraisal list
When you reject a trade-in from the list of appraisals to approve, a window asks you to confirm your choice, just as it does from the appraisal details. This prevents rejections by mistake.
📤 Opportunities export: new columns
The export now includes the category and body type of the vehicle sold and of the trade-in vehicle, as well as the trade-in financing information.
🔏 e-Signature: evidence file in PDF format
The evidence file of an electronic signature is generated as a PDF instead of a text file. It can no longer be modified, which guarantees its evidential value.
💳 Offers and orders: financing at a glance
Offer and order cards show the chosen financing method: cash, loan (with the monthly payment) or lease.
When you validate an order in an opportunity that contains other validated offers, the window specifies that only the selected offers are kept and that the others are cancelled automatically.
🔃 “To prepare for delivery” list: sort by order date
You can reverse the sort of the “Order date” column to show the most recent orders first. When opened, the list is still sorted from oldest to most recent.
🎯 Dynamic filters
The order list now has dynamic filters for “Entity”, “Point of sale” and “Employee”. You can select the current entity, point of sale or user.
Customers
✅ Manual entry of consents
A new group-level setting (GDPR management > Consents) allows your users to tick or untick consents directly from the customer record. It is disabled by default. Every change to consents is logged in the history.
🔄 Changing the customer type
You can switch an existing record from “individual” to “company”, or vice versa, without recreating the record or losing its history. The change is logged in the history.
🚘 “Automotive professional”: control and history
When you add or remove the “Automotive professional” tag on a company record that has open opportunities, a window informs you and asks you to confirm. The change is logged in the customer record history.
Home & Calendar
📌 Home page shortcuts by entity
When you pin a search, you can choose the entities and points of sale on which the shortcut appears.
🏬 Delivery and test drive calendars: switching point of sale
A point of sale selector, grouped by entity, lets you view the delivery and test drive calendars of all the points of sale you have access to, without logging in again.
🕘 Calendar: display centred on the right hours
When opened, the calendar scrolls to the current time, or to the point of sale’s opening time for other days. Opening hours are highlighted.
✔️ Calendar: closing an event from the detailed view
Clicking an event in the detailed calendar opens the usual closing window.
