📱 Receive your sign-in code by text message

The sign-in code could only be sent by email. Each user can now choose to receive it by text message, if the group administrator has enabled that option.

This choice can be made in two places:

• at first sign-in, on the code entry screen;
• at any time from the user profile, where the saved preference is shown and can be changed.

At sign-in, the code received by text message is filled in automatically in the entry field: no need to type it out by hand.

🔑 Works with your password manager

The app now supports autofill of the username and password by the phone's password manager.

Vehicles & stock

✏️ Edit a vehicle record from your mobile

A vehicle can now be edited from your mobile. The form opens pre-filled with the vehicle's information and only shows the fields that matter: your entity's mandatory fields, plus the day-to-day information (owning sales outlet, physical location site, key location, registration number, chassis number, mileage, first registration date, comment).

Entries are checked as you type: lists (colour, category, powertrain, destination, used-vehicle source, etc.) can be browsed with a search, formats are validated (registration number, chassis, mileage) and a message flags any value above the regulatory CO2 threshold. Saving stays blocked as long as a value is incorrect, with the reason shown under the field concerned.

📸 Add several photos at once

In every part of a trade-in, you can now add several photos in one go, either by selecting them from the phone's gallery or by taking them one after another with the camera.

🖼️ Improved photo viewing

You can swipe through all the photos, including from one template to the next, and zoom with a pinch or a double tap to check a detail. 

🏷️ Tags on vehicles

Tags can now be added to vehicles, to qualify and find stock vehicles faster.

🎯 Filters identical to the web

Mobile filters have been aligned with those on the web: same criteria, same layout, so you keep the same habits from one tool to the other.

Fixes

When going back from a vehicle's detail view, you are now returned directly to the spot in the list where the vehicle is. This fix also applies to trade-ins.

When creating a customer, existing records matching what you type are suggested, so you can reuse the right record instead of creating a second one.

Drop-down lists have been reworked on iPhone: opening, legibility and selection are simpler, including when the keyboard is showing.
