Trade-In estimation

SOH score integration

Battery health data (SOH – State of Health) can now be integrated into trade-in estimations for electric and PHEV vehicles. This includes the SOH score, certificate issuance and expiration dates, as well as the certificate itself in PDF format.
The SOH score is displayed on the following documents: trade-in description sheet, trade-in offer, internal used vehicle appraisal report, and internal second appraisal report.
It is also possible to make the entry of the SOH score mandatory and to set a minimum SOH score threshold as a condition for automatic validation of the trade-in estimate.

Display of catalogue date

The catalogue date is now displayed during the trade-in process.
It also appears in the trade-in valuation summary, as well as the catalogue price (under the "History" section).

Vehicles

New information in the vehicle list

A new column, "Adjusted Market Value Date," has been added to the vehicle list and export. Displaying this information requires the "View Market Value" permission.

VIN filter

A filter has been added to search for multiple vehicles using multiple VINs.
You can copy and paste a list of VINs directly from Excel or another file.
The system automatically recognises separators - be they commas, semicolons or line breaks - and processes the VINs accordingly.

Photo count filter

The filter previously called "Number of pictures" has been renamed to "Photos for publications" and now includes the following options: None, Insufficient for Publication, Minimum for Publication.
The old "Number of pictures" filter has also been reactivated. It allows you to search for vehicles based on an exact number of photos.

Processing lock area vehicles

Access to published advertisements is now available at this stage of the process.

Deliveries

Delivery schedule

The delivery schedule is available from the "to be prepared for delivery" and "to be declared delivered" lists.
It displays all scheduled delivery appointments at the point of sale, including the following details: vehicle, customer, order number, and assigned staff member.
It is possible to filter by vehicle type (new, demo, used), as well as by individual staff members or groups of collaborators.
