Please find out what's new on the platform.

Vehicles
1) Real-time auction updates:
To increase dynamism, the distributor and merchants taking part in an auction will be able to view each person's higher bids in real time.
There will be no need to manually refresh PriceBack accounts to follow the auction proceedings.
For example, two merchants are bidding on a lot at auction. The first merchant offered €70,100 at the start of the auction.

They made another bid, this time for €70,200.

The second merchant receives successive notifications warning them about the higher bids made by their competitor in real time. They can also view the latest bid amount.

As for the distributor, they will see the sales margin generated by the successive bids being updated automatically until the end of the auction.

Opportunities
1) New notification:
From now on, salespeople will receive a notification when a manager adds a comment to an opportunity they are monitoring.
For example, as a sales manager, I could add a comment for the salesperson responsible for monitoring the following opportunity:

The latter receives a notification straight away which includes the full message addressed to them. Clicking on the notification redirects them to the opportunity in question.

Settings
1) Adding a user to a shared group from a holding:
As a platform administrator, you can now assign users to all entities in your group.
To do so, select one of the Shared user groups in the 'Users, groups and permissions management' settings.

Once you have selected a shared user group, click on the 'Add a user' button.

A pop-up window will then appear asking if you want to add this user to all the entities in the group.
Clicking on 'Yes' confirms the addition of the account for all entities in the group.
If you click 'No', the user will only be added to the entity that you are currently logged in to.

A user account has been added to all the entities in the group. Hovering over the 'Entities' and 'Points of Sale' labels will display the details of the assignments.
