1/ Sending the connection link to the automotive professional
Create a customer file for an automotive professional in the "Customers" menu by entering their e-mail address. If the professional is a bidder, enter the following address:

•BCA France : assistance.marketprice@bca.com
•VP Auto : support-optimvo@vpauto.eu
Then, click on the "Connect with the professional" button to send the connection link (image 1).
The professional will then receive the necessary instructions by e-mail to connect to their OpenFlex – PriceBack space.
Once the connection has been established, the information will be displayed on the car trader's file (image 2). They will then be able to take part in the auctions on the used car stock.
The distributor can modify or delete the merchant's connection with certain entities in a group at any time by clicking on the manage connections button.
2/ Création d’un compte PriceBack
As soon as the distributor has sent a connection request, the automotive professionals will receive an e-mail inviting them to create their PriceBack account. Simply follow the instructions and complete the mandatory fields.
The interfacing key in use will be automatically restored.
3/ Logging into the PriceBack account
Once it will be registered, he will access to the PriceBack-OpenFlex platform at any time by using the link contained in the e-mail confirming the creation of your account and your login details.
4/ View bidder settings on the entity
If you want to see whether the bidder has been activated on the corresponding entity, go to Settings > Pricing policies > UV sale value > Automatic destination :
