Settings in the user profile
In order to receive the login code via text message, the user must have entered their mobile phone number in their profile. To do this, click on your initials, then click on your name.
You can change your preferences at any time by opening your profile. You’ll need to click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the sidebar for the changes to take effect.
The option to receive the login code via text message can be selected for both the web browser and the mobile application.
Configuration by an administrator
To configure the channel for receiving the login code, go to the settings. Open the menu with your initials, then click on "Settings".
Go to “Communication”.
This setting applies to the whole group or entity. Next to the heading ‘Set up two-factor authentication’, tap ‘Modify’.
Select "Email and text messages". Then click "Validate".
You can check how the login code is received in the user group permissions settings, on each employee’s page.
Login page
You can also change the receiving channel when you receive the code. To do this, click on 'Change your selection'.
Next, select the "By text message" option and click "Send code".
You will therefore receive the code on your mobile phone. Enter it to access your account.
Mobile application
On the mobile app, the principle is the same. Users can change their preferences in their profile.
Select via text message, then save.
