In the « Opportunities » module, select the customer for whom you wish to schedule a reminder. To do that, enter their name in the search bar located at the top centre of the screen.All the opportunities created with this customer will be displayed. Enter the number of the opportunity that you are dealing with to find it. Then click on the customer's name to open it. From the opportunity, click on the button “Follow-up with the customer” to schedule a reminder. 2.Processing the reminder A new window which title is “Remind Customer XXX on opportunity No. XXX” will then open. Start by stating the purpose of this reminder (1) in the field provided for this purpose. The reminder will automatically be assigned to the person dealing with this opportunity. Managers can use the « Assign to » drop-down menu to assign it to a different staff member (2). Then use the “Schedule for” field to specify the date of this reminder.(3) Once you have filled in all the necessary fields, click on the « Create reminder » button at the bottom of the window to schedule it. The reminder appears on the calendar located on the homepage of the relevant employee. You can modify this reminder (date and/or target) (1)If not, fill in the report (2) prior to “Closing the event”. 3. Notes. The software will display notifications to remind you to contact a customer again. To view notifications, click on your initials in the top right corner of the OpenFlex home screen, then select Notifications.
