1. Ordering the NV:
From the « Opportunities » module, click on the "Create an opportunity" button.
If the customer already exists in your records, enter their name to find them. Otherwise, click on 'Create a new customer' to add their contact details.
Once you have linked a customer to the opportunity, click on the “Make a new offer” button, on the top left side of the screen.
2. Configuring the NV: make and model
From the new offer, click on the “Configure a new vehicle” button which is visible in the “Purchased vehicle” section.
Several NV configurators are available: the database configurator and the configurators provided by the brands your point of sale distributes. In this guide, we will use the database configurator. Click the button with this title.
Use the “Select a make” (1) & “Select a model group” (2) drop-down menus to search for the vehicle in which the customer is interested in. If needed, tick the “Expand the catalogue” box (3) to find older models, versions and trims that are no longer available.

Throughout the process, you can return to the previous stage by clicking the 'Previous' button. Alternatively, you can click directly on the lifeline stage to which you wish to return.
3. Configuring the NV: trim
Choose the finish you want:
Enter the name of an equipment in the search bar to discover on which trims it can be found. (1)
The buttons located on both sides of the proposed trims enable you to scroll through them.
The "Equipment list" button allows you to see all available equipment on each trim.
Click on a trim to select it. Click on “Next” to proceed to the next step.
4. Configuring a NV: engine & transmission
Then, select the engine power and the transmission type.
To simplify your searches, you can: filter by energy, transmission, gearbox and number of doors. (1) Search for the version by typing its designation directly into the search bar.(2) Or scroll through the displayed versions. (3)
Simply select the engine type and transmission that the client requires. Then click “Next” to proceed to the “Design” stage.
5. Configuring the NV: paint, colours upholstery
At the design stage, specify the vehicles' exterior and interior colours, as well as the upholstery type.
Click the 'Visuals of the database' button to view thumbnails of the vehicle (1):
In the “External paints” section, select the NV type of paint (pearlescent, metallic, opaque)
If the colour you need isn't among the options, click on 'Add a paint'(2).
A window titled 'Add a custom paint' will open, enabling the user to enter the paint's designation, factory code and price. The user will also be able to indicate whether the paint is standard by ticking the relevant box.
If you must update one of the paints in the catalogue (code, designation, price…), click the “Modify a paint” button (3).
Select the external (4) and internal (5) reference colours from the displayed paints or click on “Create a colour” to add a new one. In the “Create a new colour” window, enter the factory code, designation and colour.
You will also be required to specify the type of upholstery. If you do not find the upholstery you are looking for among the available choices, click the “Add an upholstery” button (6) to enter: the designation, factory code, type and price of the upholstery. You will also be able to specify whether this is a standard upholstery by ticking the relevant box.
You must select the reference exterior and interior colours, as well as the upholstery, to proceed to the next step.
6. Configuring a NV: options & packages
-This stage enables you to choose the vehicle options and packages.
-By clicking on "+", you will have access to all available equipment in the concerned category. It can be customised.
The search bar allows you to easily find packages, options and equipment by typing in their designation or that of one of the items included in them (1).
Use the search bar to type in the code or name of the equipment or package directly.
The “Add an equipment” button gives you the option to add an equipment that is missing from the list. You will then see a window titled 'Add custom equipment', in which you can write the designation, category (Option, Package or Serial) and factory code.
Click on 'Next' to switch to the final stage of the configuration process, once you have checked the options and packages.
Before completing the vehicle configuration, you can search for and add a service contract (e.g., an extended warranty or maintenance contract), as previously described.
If you wish to review the specifications of the vehicle added to your offer in case you’ve missed anything, click on the ‘Modify the vehicle’ button in the middle of the page.
7. Finalising the offer
-View the offer summary before finalising it. It is located on the right side of the screen, where you can also find details about the selling price.
-You can edit various aspects of the offer, such as customer benefits, delivery packages and accessories, to customise it. To do this, click the 'Modify' button located next to each item.
-To proceed with your offer, you will need to enter the administrative costs. To do this, click on 'Modify'. You will then need to enter the various bonuses and penalties, as well as the cost of registering the vehicle.
Finally, click the 'Validate the offer and print it' button to complete the offer.
-In the new window, enter the 'Offer validity period' and the date of the customer reminder. These fields will be filled in automatically. They can be modified if necessary.
-Select the documents that you want to print with the offer and click on “Validate and print”.
-A notification will appear in the top right corner of the screen to let you know when the documents are ready to download. Click on the notification to open the documents.
From the offer, you have several features, among which:
- Sending the offer by email (1)
- Choose the "Print" button to select the documents that you want to include in the offer (2)
- Click “Place the order” to convert the offer into an order
8. Placing the order
-A window titled “Place the order” will open on the « Synthesis » tab.
-In this window, please enter the information required to arrange vehicle delivery. These include:
- Order validity date
- Delivery date
- Latest delivery date
- Delivery point of sale
- Date of customer reminder
Then, select the « Payment » tab to enter the payment method for the due amount. Tick the “Deposit paid with the order” box to indicate if a deposit is being paid with the order and to select the payment method.
The third tab, titled « Customer file documents », lets you select the documents that you must print to create the sales record.
When you are ready, you can click on "Validate and print".
You can access your documents once again when you click on the window displayed in the top right-hand corner.
The order includes several features at the top of the screen, including:
- Sending the document to the customer by email (1)
- Pressing the "Print" button enables you to make a new selection of the documents that you wish to include in the order (2)
The order status has been well changed to « ordered ».
From now on, the vehicle is in the list of vehicles « to be ordered from factory » that you can access when clicking on the home page tile with the same label.
