1. Prerequisites
To make it easier to track and process trade-in estimates that still require validation, UV managers can handle requests from a different entity to the one they are connected to.
This type of action will be possible provided that adequate access and permissions are granted for the entities concerned:
- Permission to confirm trade‑in offers in order to process salespeople’s requests for all entities the manager can access.
- Filtering requests for trade-in estimates that require validation, in order to receive those submitted by the people under their responsability.
2.Searching for trade-in estimates
To make it easier to track and process trade-in estimates that still require validation, UV managers can handle requests from a different entity to the one they are connected to.
From the OpenFlex home page, managers can access all requests sent by employees requiring their approval for a trade-in via the 'Estimates pending validation' tile.
The number of estimates requiring validation is displayed on the tile.
Once on the list of estimates to be confirmed, continue by clicking the “Filters” (1) button, then select “Add a filter” (2).
Then, you will be able to identify where the requests are coming from by filtering them (3).

Using multiple filters increases the relevance of the results.
All the filters used are displayed at the top of the screen (5).
Click on a filter to edit it, or click the bin icon to delete it (6).
