From the « Vehicles » module, find the relevant vehicle using the « Exit » status filter:
Start by clicking on the visual to access the vehicle details.
From this page, click on the « Cancel the exit » button.
If you choose to cancel the vehicle exit, it will revert to a delivery status. The system will therefore prompt you with the choice of rescheduling an appointment with the customer who initiated the transaction.
Once you have given your decision, click on the “Validate the exit cancellation” button.
From the vehicle file, you have several buttons: “See order”, Modify”, “Print”, “Manage delivery”.
For this example, we will view the order so that we can cancel it by clicking the 'Cancel this order' button.
A confirmation will be requested.
If you cancel the order, the vehicle will revert to sales stock.
You can view the cancellation history in the 'Opportunities' module.
