Find out how to use the Bee2link publishing console. This guide explains how to track your current publishing statistics.
Prerequisite: you must have permission to manage publications.
Home/Settings/Users, groups and permissions/Vehicles/Manage publications.

In OpenFlex, a single menu allows you to view all publication-related data. Hover your mouse over the ‘Vehicles’ menu, then click on ‘Publication Console’.

A list of the advertisers your points of sale are set up with will appear.
Type the advertiser’s name directly into the search bar to find them quickly, then click the magnifying glass. Select them from the options.

The following page will be divided into two tabs: one for viewing the list of advertisers and the other for viewing information about the vehicles advertised by the advertiser you select.
You can resize either tab by hovering your mouse over the blue line dividing the screen and dragging it from left to right or vice versa.
On these tabs, you will find:
-The maximum number of vehicles to be published for this advertiser,
-The number of vehicles published,
-The publication rate based on the quota set in the contract settings (see FAQ-057 on setting up advertiser contracts).
The outline of this last rectangle will turn red if the number of vehicles on this advertiser’s site exceeds the programmed quota.

Use the arrows and page numbers below the list to scroll through all the vehicles on display.

If the publication quota is exceeded, this will be indicated by a blue horizontal line. Vehicles listed below this line meet the criteria set out in the advertiser's contract settings, but publication is not guaranteed. Whether or not they are published is at the discretion of the classifieds site.

If you click on the ‘+’ symbol below each vehicle, details about it will be displayed. For used cars and demo vehicles, this includes:
• mileage;
• the number of days in stock;
• the date of first registration;
• fuel type;
• the origin of the used car;
• the storage location.
