How do I create and add a delivery package?

Log in to the OpenFlex platform and click on your initials (1) to access the « Settings » (2) in the « Vehicles » menu :

Go to the « Others » menu (1) and select « Additional products » (2):

To create a delivery package, click on « Add a delivery package »:

•Give the package a name (1) to set the parameters for its contents. 

•For each new item, enter its name (2), its amount before tax (3) and its VAT rate (4). 

•The amount including VAT will be calculated automatically (5). 

•The item will be added to the package once you have clicked on "Add" (6).

•Repeat the operation for each item you want to be included in this package. 

•You can modify (7) or delete (8) them as required. 

•Once your package is ready, click "Next" (9).

• Assign a delivery package by entering the vehicle type (NV, DV or UV) (1), energy type (2), make (3) and model (4) with which it will be compatible. Please note that you will need to re-enter the package for each vehicle type selected. 

• Click on 'Add' (5) to confirm the package assignment. 
• Once the assignments are complete, three buttons will appear (6): the first allows you to create the package, the second allows you to modify it by returning to the previous step and the third allows you to cancel the creation of the package.

How do I duplicate or delete a delivery package?

You can modify, duplicate or delete a delivery package simply by selecting it.

Rules for automatically assigning delivery packages to an offer 

-Reminder: to encourage the sale of additional products, a delivery package will be assigned by default to offers as soon as they are created. 

-The delivery package included in the offer will be relevant as it will consider the various criteria mentioned above to match the vehicle offered. 

-The default delivery package selected in the offer will always be the one with the highest price among those compatible with the vehicle listed in the offer. 

-If two packages with the same price are compatible with the vehicle displayed in the offer, the most recent package will be offered by default. 

-If no package matching the vehicle's specifications is available, no proposal will appear by default in the offer. 

-If the vehicles are not in a publishable or saleable status in the stock, no delivery package will be offered by default.

How do I edit a delivery package in an offer?

•From the offer summary, click on the « Modify » button next to the « Delivery package » field.

•In the « Additional products » window, select the « Delivery package » tab. 

• View the price with or without VAT (1) 
• Deselect a delivery package item (2) 
• Select another delivery package (3) 
• View other packages (4) 

•Once you have finished making changes, click the ‘Save’ button to update the offer.
