How to configure a service?

Log in to the OpenFlex platform and click on your initials (1) to access the « Settings » (2):

Next, open the settings for the 'Vehicles' module.

Click on the menu « Others » (1) and select « Additional products » (2):

To create a service, click on « Add a service »:

•Enter the designation of each service (1), its reference code (2) and the price excluding VAT, as well as the VAT rate (3). The price including VAT will be calculated automatically (4).

•Then click “Next” at the bottom of the window.

Assign the service to the desired makes and models, then click "Add":

• Then click on "Create the service" at the bottom of the window.

• Click on “Modify" to the right of each configured service in the list to change its assignment.

• Delete a service by clicking on the bin icon next to the “Modify" button.

To assign this service to multiple makes and models, select them from the 'Makes' and 'Model' drop-down menus. Click 'Add' for each one. You can also edit them.

How to add a service to an offer?

•Click on the 'Modify' button next to the 'Services' field in the offer summary.

•From the ‘Additional Products’ window, select the ‘Services’ tab and click the “Add services” button.

•The "Available Services" tab allows you to select a service that has already been configured in the settings;

Or;

•The "Customised Service" tab allows you to create a new service.

•For each custom service, please enter the name, service reference code, amount excluding VAT, and VAT rate. The VAT-inclusive amount will be calculated automatically. 

•First, click on 'Add' to confirm this service in the offer, and then click 'Save' at the bottom of the page.

Note: The services created in an offer will not be saved in the settings.
