Indicators of orders to be validated and orders awaiting cancellation
A menu marked by ‘...’ has been added to the tiles for these 2 indicators to enable you to apply a filter to the employees you wish to monitor.
The filter also applies to validation request notifications, so that you only receive requests from your team.
Vehicles
Automatic price update
If a new selling price is awaiting validation, an alert will also be displayed in the vehicle file for the vehicle involved.

Price management rights
A new right has been added: "Access to automatic price calculation". You can give access to the automatic price calculation without being able to modify the sale price.
Pricing policy
It is now possible to duplicate market value adjustement settings to another entity or another point of sale.

Vehicles list
The filters have been reorganised into 6 categories to make them easier to use:
- Characteristics: Technical, physical and structural specifications enabling vehicles to be identified and compared (mileage, date of first registration, etc.).
- Commerce: Information on the transaction, marketing and people involved in the sale (financing, seller, offer, etc.)
- Sales cycle: steps and status of a vehicle from the moment it enters the system to the moment it leaves the stock (publication status, delivery date, etc.).
- Stock management: operational and administrative aspects relating to the management and organisation of vehicles in stock (warranty, depot-sale, date of entry into stock, etc.).
- Location: Information on the physical location and the organisation of the vehicles in stock ( point of sale owner, entity, ...)
- Vehicle: details and description of the vehicle (make, model, versions, etc.)
Addition of an option for the "Reserved" filter to filter on vehicles that are not reserved.

New field: Smoking vehicle
Option to indicate whether a vehicle is smoking or non-smoking. This new data can be filtered and exported from the list.
Stock auctions
Stock auctions now extend by 3 minutes when a bid is placed in the last 3 minutes, to optimise the final amount and encourage higher bids to achieve the fairest price.

Financing
New checkbox to include or exclude the administrative costs in the amount financed.

Option to indicate whether a vehicle is smoking or non-smoking.
Customers
History
New events appear in the history of a customer file, for more detailed monitoring of changes made to the file.
Icons have been added for each type of event, and the text and layout have been improved to make them easier to read.
Addition of a filter on history types to simplify searches.
Management
Activity monitoring
Change in the way validated offers, orders and deliveries are counted:

- Validated offers: All offers validated during the filtered period
- Orders: All orders validated during the filtered period
- Deliveries: All orders delivered during the filtered period
Change in counting mode for late actions / today / this week / this month :

- To do this week: All the actions to be carried out between now and the last day of the week (Sunday).
- To do within the month: All actions to be taken between now and the last day of the current month
General
OpenFlex user help
The help centre can now be accessed from the OpenFlex home page by clicking on the user's initials to redirect them to the guides available on the Zendesk platform.

User account management
A user account can now be deleted from its file.
You can delete the user from the login entity or from all the entities to which his account is linked.
