FAQ-007-SETTINGS-How to add information about a point of sale?

This article explains how to enter information about a point of sale, such as opening hours, the legal representative, special opening days, the stamp and images.

Prerequisite: Having administrator rights

Part 1: Access settings

•Click on your initials and select 'Settings'.

•In the 'Group' section, select the 'Group, entities and points of sale' menu.

•Select the " Points of sale " tab and then click on the relevant point of sale.

Part 2: Information of a point of sale that you can customise:

Once you have selected the point of sale, you can add the following information:

• Opening hours
• Opening hours for special events
• A photo of the point of sale
• Contact details for a department (e.g workshop)
• Opening hours of this service, if they differ from those of the point of sale.
• The point of sale stamp.

Reminder: It is not possible to enter exceptional closures. Only opening hours can be entered.

Part 3: Add the opening hours of a point of sale:

Once you have clicked on "Add opening hours", you can define the opening times for different slots according to your needs. Schedules can therefore indicate opening times with or without interruptions.

The same procedure can be used to record special opening hours for a one-off event (open days, public holidays, private sales, etc.).

Part 4: Add a department to a point of sale:

First, select a department and indicate whether you would like to provide specific contact details. You can also upload an image or logo to identify the service.

You will then be able to enter specific opening times for this department. The procedure is the same as that shown for entering opening times for a point of sale.

Part 5:  Add the point of sale stamp:
 

To save time in your commercial and administrative procedures, you can download the point-of-sale stamp in the ‘’Others‘’ section. It should be in the following formats: png/ jpg or jpeg.

-The quality of the stamp you have added can be seen in a preview by placing your cursor over it. You can download or delete it as required

-The stamp will be automatically applied to offers and purchase orders.
