Let us show you how to proceed to make available the same waranties on all the entities within your group.
Prerequisites:
being logged in to a group holding entity.
having the administrator rights for the platform on the holding entity.
Firstly, login the OpenFlex holding entity of your group.
Then, on the welcoming page, click on your initials to enter the platform settings.
The warranties can be set on the "Vehicles" menu:
To add or modify one, click on the "Warranties" tab:
By entering the menu you will see the list of the current warranties.
They can be modified or suppressed by clicking on it.
If you need to add a new one, click on the button "Add a warranty".
To do so, start by entering the name of the new warranty before mentioning for wich type of vehicle it will be asigned (multiple options are available : "for demo vehicle and used vehicle" or "for demo or used vehicle).
To make it available within all the group entities, quote the case named : "Apply the waranty to my entire group".
You will also need to indicate the brands with which this warranty is compatible.
Once you have made your selection, click on the "Save" button.
It will be easy to distinguish the group warranty of the others created locally.
A ‘Group’ tag will be visible under its label. The marks assigned to this guarantee will also be listed.

Filters are available in the ‘Vehicles’ module to identify the different warranties available for your Demo Vehicles and Used Vehicles:
-Display: all demo and used vehicles.
-Filter by status: ‘Pre-entry, Physical entry, in stock’.
-Additional filters: “Stock management” / ‘Warranty-label’ section.
