By setting the resale destination, you can apply different settings when calculating the selling price. All you have to do is define the rules that will orientate the estimated vehicle for resale to private individuals or professionals.
Pre-requisite: platform administrator rights are required to configure the rules that will automatically determine the destination of estimated vehicles.
From the OpenFlex home page, click on your initials to access the settings.

Then enter those of Pricing Policy, located in the "Stock" section.

The automatic destination setting is available in the "UV Sales value" menu:

In accordance with your internal policy, you can define one or more rules which will determine the destination of the estimated vehicles for resale to private individuals or professionals.

Example:
Adding a destination rule for professionals based on:
- vehicle type *( private, commercial, off-road)* 1,
- make 2,
- age 3,
- and
- vehicle mileage 4.
- You can specify a pair of "age-mileage" criteria with the "and" condition, or leave these criteria independent with the "or" condition. 5.
The ‘or’ condition: if you choose this condition, it means that one or other of the criteria will be sufficient to guide the resale.
So, if you define "age greater than" 10 years OR a "mileage greater than" to 100,000 km’, vehicles will be affected by the rule if they are more than 10 years old OR if they have more than 100,000 km.

-The ‘and’ condition: by selecting it, both criteria must be met. The vehicle's age and mileage must both be met for the rule to apply to guide the resale of the vehicle as expected.
Therefore, if you set “age less than 10 years and mileage less than 100,000 km”, vehicles will have to meet both conditions simultaneously to be covered by this rule.

Please note: for optimum performance, the rules you set must not be in conflict with each other.
If they do, the results obtained will not meet your expectations.
This is a typical set-up for orienting trade-in vehicles according to precise age and mileage criteria.
