Adapt the platform's operating rules to handle the trade-in of electric and PHEV vehicles in accordance with your commercial policy.
Prerequisite:
-You must have administrator permissions to be able to access the pricing policy.
Configuring the conditions relating to the SOH diagnosis data:
As a platform administrator, you can set the conditions that your employees will have to fulfil when trading in electric and PHEV vehicles.
To do this, click on your initials on the OpenFlex homepage to access the platform settings.

Then click on "Pricing policy", which you will find under the "Stock" heading.

Next, select the ‘UV trade-in value’ menu to set how SOH diagnosis will impact the trade-ins.
SOH diagnosis information is not mandatory by default.
In this configuration, if an employee omits to provide information on the state of the batteries of electric and PHEV vehicles during a trade-in estimate, they will still be able to complete the procedure.
To link an SOH diagnostics provider external to OpenFlex to your account, you can contact the email address indicated on this page.

This shows the various non-mandatory fields to be filled in to calculate the SOH score of a battery when estimating a trade-in. If you fill them in, click the "Add a document" box to upload the certificate from your computer.

However, if you make this information compulsory, your employees will need to complete it to finalise a trade-in estimate.

You can start the diagnosis with the external provider associated to your OpenFlex environment using the 'Start the diagnosis' button.
Introducing the various mandatory fields that will need to be completed to finalise the trade-in estimate in this context:

After clicking on the button, read the instructions and then click on "Start the diagnosis" at the bottom of the page.

Information on the SOH score of batteries can be found in the following documents:
-The trade-in description file.
-On trade-in offers.
-On the internal Used Vehicle expertise.
-On the internal counter- expertise.

Setting the SOH score to be achieved for automatic validation of trade-ins:
To ensure that the batteries of electric vehicles or PHEVs are in good health, a minimum value must be reached when they are inspected (SOH score).
If this value is reached, the vehicle will be automatically approved for trade-in.
By default, the minimum SOH score is set at 75%.

It can be increased or decreased by a platform administrator.
You can change this value under: Pricing policy / Trade-in value / Automatic validation / Set default values.

Reminder: If the SOH score is not compulsory and a salesperson who does not have the right to validate opportunities omits to enter it when estimating a trade-in, the trade-in will have to be validated manually by his or her manager.

At the end of the online trade-in process, your customer will be reminded of the importance of the impact of the SOH diagnosis on the amount of a trade-in estimate.
